Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. We recommend arriving ready to go in swimwear. There is a small inside porch space to leave towels, water bottles etc.

  • Please bring:

    • Swimwear (keep on at all times!)

    • Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off)

    • Flip flops or sandals

    • Water bottle

    Warm layers are recommended for after your session.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your session for a brief induction.

  • Each session lasts 55 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to move between heat and cold at your own pace. We recommend 2–3 sauna rounds with sea dips in between.

  • No — beach plunging is completely optional. If you don’t fancy going down to the beach you can simply rest between rounds cooling down in the fresh Hebridean breeze. Always listen to your body.

  • Yes! The crystal clear Hebridean waters. Our spots are adjacent to the beach and we encourage users to take a dip during their sessions.

  • Sauna bathing is generally safe for most healthy people.
    However, if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, low/high blood pressure, or other medical concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.

    Always listen to your body and step out if you feel unwell.

  • Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before your session.
    Bookings are non-refundable within 12 hours of time slot.
